Asbestos Management Surveys
UKAS accredited asbestos surveyors carry out asbestos surveys depending on your needs. An asbestos management survey will identify the asbestos in a property that may be disturbed during normal use and foreseeable maintenance activities.

Asbestos management surveys are also undertaken when buying or selling a property.

Asbestos Refurbishment Surveys & Asbestos Demolition Surveys
Commonly referred to as asbestos R&D surveys, these types of surveys are much more intrusive and destructive than asbestos management surveys. They are normally carried out on unused areas of a building prior to refurbishment or demolition.

Asbestos Testing & Air Monitoring
During an asbestos survey samples are taken from materials that are suspected to contain asbestos. The samples are analysed using a variety of laboratory tests to identify if asbestos is present.

Air monitoring can also be taken to establish the concentration of asbestos fibres in the air at a property. This may be required after asbestos removal work has been completed.
